A couple of weeks ago we highlighted construction and demolition opportunities released by Defence Housing Australia (DHA), an organisation that provides quality housing to Defence members and their families. This week we look at another three opportunities issued by DHA that establishes consultancy panels of professional service providers in project management, engineering (hydraulic and civil) and architecure.
DHA builds or acquires approximately 1000 new properties per year, and is required to provide responsive and supportive services particularly in times of high ADF operational activity. As such, panel arrangements are required for a range of services to allow DHA ready access to providers. Expressions of Interests (EOI) are being sought by established and experienced providers and are required to be submitted via the Apet 360Pro tendering portal. This portal provides both the tendering documentation and the registration form.
While the closing date for registrations is 30 Jun 18, it is important to note that submissions are continuosly evaluated and should DHA feel it has received adequate EOIs, registrations may close earlier. The initial term of the panel is three years with an option to extend to a maximum of five.
