A couple of months ago, Defence released the first ‘Tranche’ of Requests for Tender for the Environment, Heritage and Estate Engineering Panel. This week we see the third round of categories released for tender as follows:
– Bushfire Preparedness planning
– Natural Heritage
– Pollution Prevention
– Fire Engineering Services
– Indigenous Heritage
– Building Survey Advisory
– Environmental Management System
– Historic Heritage
– Heritage Management Planning
This panel is intended to replace the existing Environment and Heritage Panel which is due to expire in March 2020 and is intended to establish a panel of consultants who can provide these services in support of defence establishments and other Commonwealth facilities. It is important to note you can bid on more than one category, however each category requires a separate tender submission. Also ensure you meet the specific skills and/or qualifications being called for in order to comply.
The initial term of the Panel agreement will be five (5) years with an option to extend by a further three (3) years. An industry briefing is being held via webcast on 29 Jul 19, or in person in Canberra. These RFTs close 3 Sep 19.
