This week its about Expressions of Interest (EOI). Three EOIs are now open offering two ICT opportunities (one in France!) and one in Construction. EOIs represent the first round of consideration for an opportunity, so its important you get it right to ensure inclusion in the next stages. Evaluators in this case are simply looking for proven capability and experience. Factors such as cost, schedule and detailed solutions are considered in the next stages, but if you don’t get past the EOI, you can’t bid on future stages. So if your company can simply do the job, you should bid.
