Engineering Business is as the name suggests, a company set on helping you engineer your business to open up opportunities you may not have previously considered or had the capacity to pursue.
We are a small engineering management consultancy, with a network of experts who have over 20 years’ experience in the government sector and are primarily aimed at small to medium businesses trying to successfully compete in the government sector. We can also provide support to larger companies requiring a boost to their team. Whether you’ve attempted a government tender process and struggled, have avoided the process altogether due to its complexity or simply don’t have the resources to approach it – we are here to help.
A lot of businesses don’t have the right documentation or systems established for tendering and as a result struggle to meet tendering timeframes or are simply non-compliant. Engineering Business evaluates your business , establishes the required documentation and systems to help you become ‘tender ready’ for any opportunity that arises. We are available to assist you with preparing your bid and should you be successful, be on your side to ensure continued compliance with government contracts to ensure your reputation is established for future work.
